As you know…every month on the 29th I put Sophie into a plain white onesie and slap on a handy ‘month’ sticker (from www.pickysticky.com) to capture how much she’s grown. The little photo session that follows is always challenging - but always makes me laugh-out-loud :)

As I mentioned in my last post, February was an exciting and busy month for us! Along with preschool, Addison also started swimming lessons at the YMCA with her friends Chase and Joey. Addison LOVES the water and she had a blast taking lessons twice a week. I had a great time watching her learn…especially since Erik got in the pool with her so I didn’t have to :)

The beginning of February was very exciting for Addison since she started preschool and her first month of swimming lessons. After doing some research on local preschools a friend recommended that we check out one that happened to be super close to our house! To start out she only goes 1 day a week, for 2 1/2 hours at a time so it’s a great way to ease her into the preschool experience. Plus, she gets to go with her good friend Chase, which she loves.

Addison is absolutely LOVING preschool and I can already see some positive changes since she started! Every Sunday night she has a great time picking out her outfit for school - and also deciding what she wants to bring for show and tell. In two weeks I get to spend the day in class with her for her birthday celebration so she’ll get to do the calendar, have a special birthday snack, etc. I can’t wait…she loves to be the center of attention…I wonder who she gets that from??? ;)
